		Departments Who we are - What we do

WSIA's daily operations are handled by a full staff of hard-working, dedicated people. With the exception of the General Manager and the Chief Engineer, all staff members are volunteers. Most are College of Staten Island students, although we accept 5 community volunteers per year to help us in various ways. There are eleven departments within WSIA, each having an important role in the function of the station. Each department is run by a student director, and the ten directors collectively run all station operations, including making station policy. Please visit these links for an inside look at WSIA!
