It was a cold grey morning at the Staten Island Zoo. Many people turned out
to see what Staten Island Chuck would predict. Attendance was outstanding
as many Islanders came to enjoy the event. Why does this big way-too-cute
rodent hold such sway over us?
Ice sculptures reminded everyone that it was still winter,
but you could still have fun and enjoy the cold!

Well, Chuck predicted 6 more weeks of winter, and as usual
he was right. Still, it is great to see him and all our nieghbors as we do
